Matthew Sharp has over 19+ years of cybersecurity experience with a track record of driving enterprise value and M&A readiness through secure-by-design innovation, board-facing strategy, and leadership in AI governance.

 

Matthew has served as CISO and security executive across public, private, and VC/PE-backed companies. From driving compliant cloud adoption to leading AI governance at the enterprise level, his focus has been on security strategies that unlock revenue, streamline operations, and reduce risk.

Matthew is currently serving as the CISO of Xactly, a Vista Equity Partners portfolio company, where he chairs both the Information Security Council and the AI Guidance & Governance Committee.
